Ronald R. Browder, Co-Founder, serves as an executive consultant for the Ohio Federation for Health Equity and Social Justice, the Dba name of the Health Disparities Collaborative of Ohio Inc, a 501c (3) statewide nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of Ohio and is principally made up of agencies, organizations and individuals concerned about minority and multicultural health, health equity, social justice and the elimination of health disparities for racial/ethnic populations.

A seasoned public and private-sector administrator qualified by years of organization building achievements both here and abroad focusing on mental health, health, education and social services: Dr. Ignelzi offers a tradition of performance excellence in Program Planning and Administration, Policy Development & Legislative Affairs, Grant Management & Grant Writing, Budget Administration, and Curriculum Development, Training & Technical Assistance.


Brittney Madison

Policy Consultant

Brittney Madison is a Policy Consultant. Her areas of expertise include organizing, public policy.  Brittney has been involved with many issue and electoral campaigns and has done ample amounts of work influencing the outcome of The State of Ohio’s biennial Budget.

In 2019 Brittney was part of the Vision for Ohio Fellowship cohort where she learned the fundamentals of community organizing.  She holds a Bachelor of  Arts degree in History and a Master of Applied Politics from The University of Akron.  With her experience Brittney is dedicated to social justice and building power with the most vulnerable. Previosuly, she worked as an Organizer for the Northern Ohioans for Budget Legislation Equiality (NOBLE).
